These electric models are pickers/pluckers for poultry that removes feathers off chickens, ducks, pheasants, quail in as little as 10 - 30 seconds. Simply scald chickens, then drop up to 1-4 birds into the tub in 10 - 30 seconds or less the birds will be picked clean.

• The hair outlet quickly discharges the removed feathers, which is convenient for cleaning and keeps the items tidy. Specially prepared for quail, chicks, pigeons.Our main drawing shows young chickens that are particularly suitable for our low power hair removal machine.

• Waterproof switch prevents the danger of electric shock when encountering water during use and improves the safety rate.

• The poultry hair remover is made of beef tendon sticks, with wide burrs, fast scaling, no fouling, and quick feather removal.

• The automatic rotation force of 350 revolutions per minute speeds up the work process, saves time and improves use efficiency.

• The stainless steel material will not rust or corrode, so that the items can be used for a long time. The handles on both sides are easy to move, and the four hard rubber corners play a shock-absorbing effect.

Plucker Machine Operation

• Put the avers after slaughter inside the disc. Soak (don’t use hot water) the feather and lock the cover to prevent it from flying outside when rotation.

• Connect the power and press the button. Slop it to 1.5 minutes (take 5 birds for example).Open the cover to check whether the feather‘s been removed. If not, it will take 20’s-30s more until it is been removed. The residual phenomenon of wing is normal as the feather of wing is ….hard. It is recommended observe the work process so you can control it timely in avoid too long time may lead to skin abrasion.

• Clean the black dies by water and dry it after using in order to prolong the machine’s life-span.

• Keep it out of reach of children.

• Don’t put your hand in the disc to avoid injured when the machine is working.

• Probably it is a sick bird when its feather can’t be removed under the normal operation, so we suggest that you should not eat it.
