I. Basic Principles
1. Mechanical Drive The scraper manure cleaning system is driven by a motor or hydraulic device, which drives the scraper (usually metal or wear-resistant material) to move back and forth or unidirectionally along the manure ditch, and scrapes t he manure to the designated collection point.
2. Manure ditch design The manure ditch is usually designed as a gentle slope or flat bottom structure, and the scraper fits the bottom of the ditch, pushing the manure away through friction or the shape of the scraper.
3. Automatic Control The system can be controlled by a timer, sensor or manual switch to achieve regular cleaning and reduce manual intervention.
II. Main Workflow
1. Startup Phase The drive device (motor/hydraulic motor) is started, and the scraper is driven by a chain, wire rope or gear to move along the manure ditch.
2. Manure Scraping Phase One-way manure scraping: The scraper moves in one direction, pushing the manure from the starting point to the manure collection pit or conveyor belt at the end point. Reciprocating manure scraping: The scraper moves back and forth, and gradually pushes the manure to the outlet through bidirectional scraping.
3. Collection and treatment The feces are collected in the manure collection tank or transported to the subsequent treatment system (such as composting, biogas tank, etc.) through screw conveyors, conveyor belts and other equipment.
